PUPPY MUST BE PAID FOR 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPPING OR ON THE DAY YOU PICK THE PUPPY UP.

**All questions must have complete answers.  Or your application will not be considered.  We reserve the right to deny you application based on your answers.  No explanation will be given.  Please make sure you indicate which puppy you are applying for at the time of approval a $200 deposit is required to hold the puppy.  The Balance is due 10 business day prior to shipping or on the day you pick your puppy up.  SHIPPING IF NEEDED IS AN ADDITIONAL $300.

Definitions used herein include:
"BUYER" shall here in be defined as:                   "BREEDER" shall herein be defined as:
CABO CHIHUAHUAS A TINY BIT OF MEXICO.    "PUPPY" shall
herein be defined as: CHIHUAHUA pet puppy, (registrable) with the AKC or CKC or the ACA.
The ( "CHIHUAHUA") described above is sold for the sum ___________ ** The puppy which is in
good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the ("Chihuahua breed").
The PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with AKC, or CKC or the ACA. The BREEDER
guarantees the puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale. THE BREEDERS VET HAS DETERMINED
THE PUPPY TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH AND OF SOUND TEMPERMENT. The
BREEDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY DURING SHIPPING FOR INJURY
OR ILLNESS TO SAID PUPPY.  NOR FOR ANY INJRY OR ILLNESS AFTER DELIVERY
OR PICKUP. THE BREEDER ADVISES THE BUYER THAT THE CHIHUAHUA BREED REQUIRES
CONTINUED SOCIALIZATION AND TRAINING. The puppy is being sold as a pet. 
The BUYER agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by age of 8 months.  If the Puppy has been sold at a reduced  price
The puppy is sold without registration.  No papers will be provided.  The BUYER may return the puppy to the
BREEDER anytime in the said puppys life however there
will be no refund.   All appropriate shots for the PUPPYS age have been given,
a vaccination record is supplied. The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy health in good condition.
 THE BUYER AGREES TO KEEP THE PUPPY ON THE NUVET VITAMIN PLAN.

 WHOLESALE PRICING.  The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound
puppies by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization
 and veterinary care.  There are many factors that can influence growth and development;
CHIHUAHUA traits may surface from past generations such as size, weight, coat length and color.
The BREEDER does not guarantee size, weight, coat length or color.  The Breeder does not
guarantee the Chihuahua will be show quality or breedable. The BUYER assumes the responsibility
to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the
BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy healthy throughout its
normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy
is no longer under their control. The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S
estate/executors may sell the PUPPY or transfer ownership of the PUPPY without the BREEDER'S
knowledge and written consent The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take
 proper care of the puppy the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first
choice to: Take the PUPPY back. THE PUPPY WILL BE ACCEPTED BACK AT ANYTIME DURING
 THE LIFE OF THE PUPPY/DOG. The puppy should never be homeless or taken to a shelter
THE PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO CABO KENNNELS A TINY BIT OF MEXICO if the buyer is
ever unable to care for the puppy for the life of the puppy no refund will be given if you are
unable to care for the puppy. The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of
address during the PUPPYS lifetime. The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable area for the puppy.
The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees express or implied,
other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of
merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the
 Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. Buyer and Seller agree to the terms of this
Contract and understand that by making payment thru Paypal, Credit Card, Western Union,
Bank Wire Transfer Or with Cash the Buyer makes this Contract Binding and accepts all
